5 to 6 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(10 to 12 halves)
Garlic salt, onion salt and pepper to taste
1 package dry onion soup
1 large bottle Western dressing
2 (10 to 12 oz.) jars pineapple-apricot preserves
Dash soy sauce
l can crushed pineapple (not drained)

Directions:
Season chicken with spices; place in casserole. Mix soup mix, dressing, preserves, soy sauce and pineapple together and pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.

This is a delicious company meal. Different and so good. I serve it with a mixture of white, brown and wild rice.

If you only want to make half, put the other half unbaked in a freezer bag and freeze. Thaw when ready to use and bake as above.
