2 lbs. lamb meat (ground)
2 cups crushed wheat (1 lb.)
4 medium onions (ground)
2 fresh hot peppers (ground)
1 Tbsp. Lebanese spices
1 Tbsp. salt (more or less to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Place ground lamb into large bowl. Add ground onions, peppers, spices and salt. Mix together well. Add washed well drained wheat. Mix into meat mixture and work it with hands that are dipped in ice water until dough-like.

Spread 1/2 - 1" thick in cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes on low rack in oven, 15 minutes on high rack and 5 minutes under the broiler.
