1 1/2 lb. ground beef and ground pork sausage - 3/4 lb. each.
Chopped Onion
5 cups bread cubs (soft ones)
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, bread cubes, egg, salt & pepper together and form into balls. Mix meat, salt, pepper and a little milk together. Form the meat around the stuffing balls. Bake until meat is well done in a 350º oven.

Grandma said that these stuffing balls were called "Depression Food" and that they ate alot of them when she was young.
