4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
salt and pepper
hot butter toast
catsup or chili sauce
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine eggs, ham, onion and green pepper. In ovenproof skillet, melt margarine; add egg mixture. Cook over medium heat until eggs begin to set and bottom is golden brown. In oven, broil until top is lightly browned. Season. Cut into wedges; serve on toast with catsup or chili sauce.
