1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 loaf sourdough or Italian bread split lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in food processor. Spread bread halves with above mixture, sprinkle with more cheese and paprika. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350ºF.

Variations: Add 1 bunch green onions chopped to butter plus 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce or add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese to butter then garnish with minced fresh parsley.
