12 oz. ham
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. green onion
8 7-inch tortilla shells
1 T. Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ham with 2 cups cheese, onion and green peppers. Roll 1/2 cup in each shell. Place seam side down in an 11x7 inch dish. Mix eggs, flour, salt, and garlic powder. Pour over shells. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes. Add 1/2 cheddar cheese, return to oven until melted.
