2 cups flour
2-3 spring onions, finely chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, skinned and crushed
1 cup water
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with water and add the crushed tomatoes, the onion and salt and pepper. Combine the minture well with a wooden spoon and form a smooth cream. Put oil into a frying pan and heat well. Fry the pan bread by spooning it with a large tablespoon into the hot oil. When one side has browned then turn it to brown evenly on the other side.
