1 small pork leg with skin
2 lemons
6 cloves garlic
1 cup butter
salt, pepper
2 pounds of small, round potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the pork leg thoroughly and remove any bristles. Make 6 deep holes with a sharp knife, fill them with salt and pepper and plug 1 clove garlic in each one. Coat the pork leg with butter to obtain crunchy crackling.
Prepare the potatoes, peel them and sprinkle them with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and spread them around the meat in a roasting tin. Allow to roast slowly in the oven for at least 2 hours, turning the meat regularly.
