1 kilo Veal or beef mince
250 gms of crustless bread soaked in water
2 eggs
2 onions, finely chopped
3-4 tsps. Salt
1 small bunch of parsley, mint, pepper and flour

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze as much water as possible from the bread. Combine with meat and other ingredients. Chop the mint and the parsley finely and add the eggs. Knead the mixture so all the ingredients are well combined. Allow mixture to stand in fridge for a while. Pour oil into frying pan and heat. Mould meatballs, coat them with flour and fry them
