1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 cup banana, ripe, mashed

1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 cup chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Grease bread pan
3. Cream together sugar and butter in large bowl.
4. Mix eggs and banana together well in small bowl.
5. Add banana mixture to butter and sugar, mix well.
6. In small bowl stir together flour, b.p.,b.s., and salt.
7. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture.
8. Stir in nuts.
9. Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 40 min. or until toothpick comes out without batter
stuck to it.
