1/2 cup (1 stick butter), melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
3 cups Quick Oats Oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk

optional:
cinnamon
pecans (or any nuts)
raisens
apple slices
pretty much anything you like

Directions:

Cream together first 3 ingredents, add rest and mix well
Bake in 9x11 pan 30 min. 350 degrees
serve hot or cold with milk or syrup

Hi Everyone I have this recipe for Baked Oatmeal and it is really good (if you like oatmeal) and easy to make. And my kids love it.

**my favorite optional ingredents is cinnamon, chopped pecans, and sliced green apple with milk
