-1/2 TEAS. RED PEPPER FLAKES--
1 TEAS. ITALIAN SEASONING --
3 MED. POTATOES---CUT IN 1 INCH PIECES -
1 LARGE ZUCCHINI HALVED AND CUT INTO 1 NCH 1/2 MOONS
1-1/4 TH LB. IITALIAN SAUSAGE ( SWEET OR HOT ) CUT IN 1 INCH PIECE
1 MED. ONION CUT IN WEDGES-
-TUCK SAUSAGE DOWN IN THE STEW
WITH PEPPER JACK CHEESE--I USE HOT SAUS. GOOOD !

--COVER AND COOK 4 HOURS ON HIGH OR 8 HOURS ON LOW-----UNCOVER AND REMOVE SAUS. SLICE IN 1 INCH COINS, RETURN TO POT-- STIR SERVE
