1# ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 – 7 ox can mushroom
1 – 2 garlic cloves; chopped
1 - teaspoon oregano
2 – 12 chopped frozen spinach
½ cup uncooked minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1-cup sour cream
Sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions. Add spinach, steam for 15 minutes. Mix in all other ingredients, but cheese. Put in casserole dish. Place slices of cheddar cheese across top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

You may freeze before cooking.

You may use 2% cheddar cheese, brown minute rice and fat free cream of celery soup for a healthier option.
