Ingredients:  
2 cups melted maple walnut or butter pecan ice cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 tbsp. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted ice cream, flour, baking soda and baking powder in mixing bowl.
Whisk until smooth adding milk for desired consistency.
Spoon into greased muffins cups, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 14 - 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
Makes 12 muffins.
