2 14-ounce cans beef broth
6 hoagie buns
1 package onion soup mix
6 slices of any white cheese
1 1/2 pounds roast beef, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef broth and onion soup mix in a saucepan to create the au jus. Add water to taste. Add roast beef and bring to a boil. Toast buns under the broiler. Take a bun and put on a cheese slice, then top with a generous portion of beef. Serve sandwich with a small bowl of the au jus for dipping.
