3/4 butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups flour
1 large box of Junior Mints

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt together. Stir in sifted flour.

Chill 1 hour.

Heat oven 400º

Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press Junior Mint into center of dough.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

This was BryAnne's favorite cookie to make. When we first made these, BryAnne was about 3 and we were in my mom's kitchen in Idaho. BryAnne kept eating all the mints until mom told her that they were for the Brown Eyed BryAnne's- well then she would stick them in her eye sockets and then eat them. She used to love these cookies as they were BryAnne Cookies!!!
