1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups zucchini, grated
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9"x13" pan.

2. Cream together butter and sugars. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Add flour and spices. Mix well. Add zucchini, 1/2 cup chocolate chips and nut. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top.

3. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
