7 ounces white chocolate
10 ounces heavy cream
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
20 ounces raspberries, frozen
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate. Whip cream until stiff. Make meringue (egg whites and sugar). Add chocolate to meringue slowly. Fold chocolate meringue mixture into whipped cream. Allow to chill. Serve with raspberry sauce.

2. Make raspberry sauce. Thaw raspberries. Puree raspberries and juice in food processor. Remove seeds by pressing through a fine strainer. In saucepan, bring raspberry puree to a boil. Add cornstarch and water to puree. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Chill and serve over mousse.
