3 - 4 fresh peaches
1 cup sugar
1 lemon - juiced
3 eggs
1 unbaked pie crust
2 tablespoons plain all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange peeled peach halves in the bottom of the pie crust. Mix other ingredients together and pour over the peaches. Dot with butter and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
