1 Lb. Ground Turkey
1 Lb. Ground Turkey Sausage
1 1/4 c. Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs ( beaten )
1 c.Golden raisins ( chopped )
4 T. Parsley ( chopped )
1/2 t. Black pepper
1 t. Salt
1 Small onion ( diced )
4 T. Olive oil
4 Cloves of garlic (crushed )
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Pre heat oven to 350º
Sautee diced onions. Chill until cool. Mix together all ingrediants. Form into 2 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 min.
