1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 dozen eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup hash browns, frozen
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in 13"x9" dish. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in onion, potatoes, and green pepper. Pour in dish. Bake until set and moist, about 35 minutes.
