1 GALLON ICE WATER (1/2 ICE AND 1/2 WATER)
1 BOTTLE ROOT BEER CONCENTRATE
5 LBS. DRY ICE - CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH DRY ICE WITH BARE SKIN !!!!!

BREAK DRY ICE INTO PIECES AND SET ASIDE.
IN 5 GALLON CONTAINER MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT DRY ICE. STIR UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED.
ADD DRY ICE A FEW PIECES AT A TIME STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL IT STOPS BUBBLING (ABOUT 30 MIN.)
POUR IN GLASSES AND DRINK.

THIS IS OUR FAMILY'S TRADITIONAL JULY 4TH DRINK. REALLY GOOD ON A HOT DAY AT THE LAKE. ADD HOME MADE ICE CREAM TO YOUR GLASS FOR A YUMMY ROOT BEER FLOAT.
