3 egg whites
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup buttermilk
3 tbls honey
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients. Carefully fold in 1/3 of egg whites with a rubber spatula.

2. Fold mixture carefully into remaining egg whites, pouring gentle on top and fold in with rubber spatula.

3. Cook on hot griddle. Turn when bubbles break at edge and are slightly dry. Cook until brown on second side.
