2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
4 heaping tbsps. Crisco
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix all ingredients to form ball. Roll out and shape into 9 inch pie pan. Enough for 1 top and bottom crust pie or two just bottom crust pies.

This crust can be used for ricotta pie, Italian Cream Pie or Rice and Wheat Pies. Tends to brown quickly so check toward end of baking time and cover lightly with foil if necessary.
