1 package (7 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsps. sugar
3 tbsps. cold water
3 eggs separated
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
2 packages lady fingers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Stir in sugar and water. Remove from heat if using double boiler. Stir chocolate mixture gradually into egg yolks; beat smooth and cool. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into chocolate. Fold into whipped cream and flavorings. Arrange chocolate and lady fingers in alternate layers in a spring form pan beginning and ending with lady fingers. Chill 8 - 12 hours.

Recipe needs to be doubled to serve our family. Doubled recipe serves about 12.
