64 caramels
3/4 c. cream

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. softened butter

2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and cream in double boiler. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda, salt and softened butter with pastry blender for bottom crust. Press 2/3 of mixture onto 10"by 15" pan. Bake 350º for 10 min. Remove from oven. Pour caramel mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips and walnuts. Top with remaining 1/3 crumbs. Bake 15-20 min. more at 350º. Let cool 2 hrs. before cutting.
