6 large apples
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, 1/2 c. sugar, and salt. Cut butter in with pastry blender until fine crumbs.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Slice apples and place in greased 7" by 11" baking dish. Pour orange juice over the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Top with blended crumble mixture. Bake 350º 45 - 60 min. or until apples are soft.

Recipe can be doubled for 9" by 13" except for the orange juice. Cortland or Harolson apples are good.
