Ingredients:  
1 lb Stew Beef (Some bone preferred)
2-3 Potatoes (Peel and cube large)
1 large Onion chopped
2 Carrots (Scraped and cut into thick slices)
1 can Mixed Vegetables
1 can Tomatoes 1 can Green Peas
1 small can Tomato Sauce
1 cup Spaghetti broken
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in Crock Pot until tender.
In a large pot, cook potatoes, onion, and
carrots until tender.
Add mixed vegetables, green peas, tomatoes
and tomato sauce.
Add cooked beef and any juices into
vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Let
simmer for 30 –40 minutes. Then add spaghetti (uncooked and broken in about
2-2 1/2 inch pieces. Cook until spaghetti
is tender.
