1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
unwrapped chocolate candy kisses or stars
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients; set aside. Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients. Shape dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes. Remove. Place chocolate candy kiss or star on each pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge. Bake 2 - 5 min. longer until golden brown.
