1 angel food cake mix
3/4 c. crushed peppermint sticks or Starlight mints
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions. Cool. Split horizontally into 3 layers. Whip the cream; fold in the crushed peppermint. Frost between layers; frost top and sides of cake. Refrigerate.
