1 yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Put in greased 9" by 13" pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar. Put over cake batter. Pour whipping cream over the rhubarb. Bake 1 -1 1/4 hrs. at 350º
