1 head lettuce, torn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, torn
3 green onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 to 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
3 tsp. sugar
1 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 jar bacon bits

In large bowl, layer first 6 ingredients in order listed.
Spread Mayonnaise over top. Sprinkle sugar over mayo; spread cheese over the mayo; top with the bacon bits. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Toss just before serving.
