4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half to make 8 pieces
8 ham slices - cut to be able to roll around chicken
1 c flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp savory

1/4 c butter

Additional butter
1 lb mushrooms
2 onions - chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp minced parsley
1/4 tsp savory
1 tsp salt
pepper
1/8 tsp mace

1 c chicken broth
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 c orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, salt, pepper and savory in a bag and coat the chicken. Melt the 1/4 c butter and brown the chicken. Drain. Wrap the ham around the chicken pieces and secure with a tooth pick. Add more butter to skillet and place the next group of spices in the skillet, sauting the mushrooms and onions. After they are sauted, add the chicken broth, brown sugar and orange juice. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the chicken in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over.

Cover with a lid or foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 325º
