Dressing:
1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 egg, slightly beaten

Salad:
4 or 5 c. Granny Smith apple chunks (unpeeled) 1 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 (12oz.) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Stir together pineapple, sugar, vinegar,flour, and egg and heat in sauce pan until it thickens. Let cool. Mix Cool Whip and cooled pineapple mixture. Stir in apples and 1/2 cup peanuts. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
