1 5 lb Leg of Lamb (boned and butterlied)
Fresh Rosemary sprigs
4 - 5 cloves garlic (sliced thin)
1 1/2 c dry red wine
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp digon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Make small slashes and put rosemary and garlic into slashes (about 1" long and 1/2 " deep). Mix all other ingredients and marinate lamb for up to 24 hours. Grill
