1 Package Stew Beef
1 Good Size Beef Soup Bone (With Some Meat On, Trim Off Fat)
1 Large Package Beef Short Ribs (Lean, Trim Off Fat)
2 to 3 Medium Onions - Chopped
7 to 8 Carrots - Sliced
2 Medium Potatoes - Cubed
7 to 8 Stalks Celery - Sliced
1 Head of Cabbage - Chopped Coarsely
1 Large Can Tomatoes With Juice
1 Package Frozen Green Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat and bone in soup kettle, barely cover with water. Bring to a boil, simmer while preparing vegetables.

Add vegetables and bring to a slow boil, then turn to simmer. Simmer for about three (3) hours.

Trim meat off bones and remove fat.

Add salt to taste when soup is half done.
