1 pkg. Swiss or German Chocolate cake mix
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. oil

Frosting
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
12 oz. container of Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
7 oz. bar Hershey milk chocolate, chopped

Directions:

Cake
Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat well; pour into greased 9x13 or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350, 30 -35 minutes for 9x13; 22-24 for jelly roll.
Remove from oven and place immediately in the freezer. After cake is frozen, remove and frost.

Frosting
Cream cheese and sugars well; add rest of ingredients and frost. Refrigerate cake; this is best if you make it several days in advance and is always a hit at pot luck dinners.
