1 can of Black Beans (drained)
1 can of Small Pinto Beans (drained)
1 can of Chick Peas (drained)
1 can of Black Olives (drained & slice in half)
1/2 cup of chopped scallions or red onion
2 cups of grape tomatoes (cut in half)
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro (fresh)
1 cup of chopped celery (optional)

Marinade
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put beans and other ingredients into large bowl. Whisk marinade ingredients in separate bowl and pour over beans. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour.
