1 lb of Pork sausage
1/3 cup of Dry bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
8 Hard cooked eggs, peeled
(10 min w/salt the run under cold water)
8 oz crescent dough

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. In a small bowl combine sausage, bread crumbs, eggs and mix well. Divide into 8 equal portions, shape in patties. Wrap sausage around egg. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Heat at 450º for 15 minutes. Drain on a paper towel. Cool for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 375º. Separate triangle from crescent roll. Wrap around sausage. Bake 12-15 minutes until brown. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
