4 T butter
2 onions, chopped
8 garlic cloves, chopped
48oz roasted red peppers
48oz chicken stock
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 T Red Hot hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Saute onions and garlic. Add peppers. Cook until tender. Add chicken stock. Cook on medium-high heat for 30 minutes. Cool. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Heat and serve.
