1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 egg beaten
1 16oz. can fruit cocktail undrained
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar or 3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. Mix vanilla, almond extract, egg and fruit cocktail. Set aside. Sift together; flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Mix with fruit cocktail. Pour into greased pan. Mix topping ingredients and pour over cake. Bake for 40 minutes.
