1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
2 tbsp. softened butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
cream or evaporated milk

Directions:
In a large bowl cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency, adding cream or evaporated mild as needed.
