2 c.flour
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1 c.sugar
1 c.chopped cranberries
3/4 c.orange juice
2 T.melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp.orange peel
1 c.walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder, and sugar. Add egg, orange juice, and orange peel. Mix together. Fold in the nuts and cranberries. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Do not cut for 24 hours. This freezes well. I double the recipe and put it in the smaller foil pans. This makes 5 loaves which need to be baked for about 40 minutes. Test with toothpick.
