Cake:
1/4 c. poppy seeds, soaked (see directions below)
1 white traditional Duncan Hines cake mix
1 ( 3oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 egg whites

Topping:
1 ( 8 0z.) Cool Whip

Sauce:
1 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. water
1 egg, beaten

Cake:
Overnight, soak poppy seeds in the amount of water that the cake mix asks for. Mix cake as directed using above ingredients. Bake 30-35 min. at 350º. Cool completely!

Topping:
Spread Cool Whip over cooled cake.

Sauce:
Mix ingredients and cook until slightly thickened ( 2-5 min.). Pour over Cool Whip on cake. Store in refrigerator. Can make sauce while cake is baking.
