- undistilled Apple Cider Vinegar
- clean cloth

Directions:
Directions:
Place vinegar in a bowl and soak cloth in it. Wring out the cloth and apply to any type of sprain (wrist, ankle, etc.) Change every 20 - 30 mins by soaking the cloth again in the vinegar and wringing it out. It is important that this treatment begin immediately after injury. It is also advisable that the ankle/wrist are elevated during treatment. Continue treatment until relief is evident. This treatment is to releive pain and swelling.
