1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (11oz.) can mandarin oranges, with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Frosting:
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:

Cake:
Mix all ingredients together; beat 2 min. Pour into a 9 x 13 in. greased cake pan. Bake 25 to 30 min. according to pkg. directions.

Frosting:
Combine ingredients by hand, mixing well. Frost the cake. Refrigerate. Keeps well for several days.
