1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 T. butter
1 T. flour
10 1/2 oz. jar condensed beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz .pkg. noodles
6 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c .tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles. Melt butter and sauté onions, meat, and mushrooms until meat is dry. Stir in flour, sauce, bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes. Remove; stir in sour cream. Pour all into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes.
