Filling: makes one 10" pie
2 pints berries
2 tablespoons tapioca
2 tablespoon corn starch
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter

Crust:(for 2 pies)
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients together and pour into pie shell.

Directions for crust:
Beat egg with 1/2 cup cold water and stir in vinegar.
Mix dry ingredients together and fold in shortening then add egg mixture.
Bake at 400º for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 350º for 30 minutes
