11/2 Cup frozen corn
11/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 large green bell pepper cut into slices
2 TBS brown sugar
2 tsp ground chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 15oz. can tomato sauce
1 141/2 oz can of mild chili beans
21/2 cup potatoes diced into 3/4" chunks
1 bag of tortilla chips
fresh cilantro chopped fine
NOTE: ground venison can be substituted, but that takes some extra doe although you will save some bucks!

Brown meat and onion in a little oil using at least a 5 qt. pan. Add all ingredients except for corn. Cook until potatoes are tender. Turn off heat and add frozen corn. Put lid back on and let set for 10 minutes.....Line the serving bowls with tortilla chips and ladle chili into bowl. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
