1 baked graham cracker crust
1 small pkg. peach jello
2/3 c.boiling water
1 to 1 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
2 c. sliced fresh peaches
8 oz. Cool Whip

Crust
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 T. sugar
4 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust, crush crackers finely. Add melted butter and sugar. Bake at 350º for 10 min. Cool.

For the filling, Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in ice cream until blended. While cooling to egg white consistency, prepare peaches and gently stir into ice cream mixture. Cool again until mixture mounds. Fold in Cool Whip. Cool more if necessary and spoon into crust. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
